Peterson Partners Closes Fund III

May 4, 2004 Salt Lake City, UT. Peterson Partners, a leading private equity firm, announced today that it has closed its third investment fund consisting of $105 million of private equity. With this new fund, Peterson Partners has added outside investment partners to its ranks. Prior to the fund, all capital was provided by the general partners of the firm. With the closing of Fund III, Peterson Partners now has over $250 million under management.

  • Rowland Moriarty, Chairman of Charles River Associates and former Harvard Business School professor
  • Robert Nakasone, former CEO of Toys R Us and Staples, Inc. board member
  • David Neeleman, CEO of JetBlue
  • Martin Trust, founder of Mast Industries and member of the boards of The Limited and Staples, Inc.
  • Steve Wheelwright, Harvard Business School professor
