Utah-Based Handi Quilter Recipient of Best of State for Second Consecutive Year

May 5, 2008 - Handi Quilter®, a Utah-based leading manufacturer and marketer of mid-arm quilting machines, has been awarded Best of State for the division of Visual Arts and Handicrafts for the second consecutive year.
