Peterson Partners Closes Making Memories Acquisition
July 7, 2004 Salt Lake City, UT. Peterson Partners, a leading Salt Lake City based private equity firm, announced today that it has closed its acquisition of all of the outstanding shares of Making Memories Wholesale, Inc. In January of 2003, Peterson Partners acquired 80% of Making Memories. stock from its founder, Bridgette Server. With Peterson.s recent acquisition of the remaining 20% held by Ms. Server, Peterson now owns the entire company.
